Quality Policy
Quality, Reliability and Security These are the three foundations that the Chilean Print and Minting House’s quality control system is based upon. This institution, in conjunction with its employees, is committed to fulfilling the following duties:
- To provide quality, security and reliability in the production of official documents, coins, legal tender banknotes, license plates, bank documents and others, by controlling our work activity and environment in order to guarantee our products and services.
- To satisfy the needs of our clients, providing them with high quality products and services that meed their demands, as well as the legal requirements and security standards of the institution.
- To provide constant training for the members of this institution, in order to satisfy the demands presented by advanced technology and the market, giving our employees the ability to develop the skills appropriate to meeting these needs.
- To constantly improve ourselves, through the permanent evaluation of our work activity, adequate management of our resources, and our quality control system, in order to achieve our objectives as an organization and to ensure the complete satisfaction of our clients
